Long Call Option means one is thinking that stock market will move up i.e. of bullish view. So, here Call Option will be purchased by paying the premium and thinking that share market will move up.
Example: At present Nifty is at 18816 as on 27th June 2023. Now, I am thinking that market will move up so I will buy Nifty 18800 CE Call Option thinking that market will move upwards by just paying the Premium. So, here my risk will be the premium amount which I paid at the time of purchase and my profit will be unlimited.
