In this post we will be learning on the Call Ratio Back Spread Option Strategy. Here will be selling one option and buying two options. In this strategy there will be limited loss with unlimited profit.
Example: As on 24th June 2023, Nifty is at 17665, we will be selling one lot of Nifty at the strike price of 18650 CE and will be buying two lots of Nifty at the strike price of 18750 CE. We are doing this for Monthly Expiry Option.
